On this page be sure to pre-register for the youth conference. Spots are limited. After registering please go to the online liability platform from Franciscan University of Steubenville .

Here are your steps!

#1 - Register so we know you are going and so that we can reserve a spot for you. Please only register if your are able to attend and have secured means for payment for the conference. Please fill out and return this form CLICK HERE

#2 - Download, print, complete, and turn in the permission form. CLICK HERE for permission form.  

#3 - Go to this link https://liability.steubenville.org/user/app/c5e357. This link will take you to the Franciscan University of Steubenville Youth Conference Liability Platform. You will then be prompted to submit and sign the needed documentation on that platform. Make sure you press SUBMIT.

#4 - Please pay the tuition for the conference. The deposit for the conference is $100 and the final payment of $100 is due July 1st. 

Adult Chaperones look below

If you are a chaperone who will be attending the conference with us you will need to complete the online liability (step #3) and you will also need to complete this form (SOON TO COME) Adult Verification Form asap.

Here are a few EVENT reminders: 

1. we have a short info meeting this Tuesday, July 18 at 6pm in the Gather Room at SJN for those who are new or who are looking for more details. If you can't attend we will send the details via email. 

2. we have a few spots open so have your child invite their friends! 

3. We will be getting lunch on Sunday from the conference. 

4. There is a coffee shop and gift shop on campus so spending money would be useful. 

Here is a basic schedule. Drop off on July 13th is for 11am Mass leaving for Steubenville at 11:30am. We will NOT be stopping for lunch (bring a bagged lunch) We will be arriving at the University around 2pm for registration. On Sunday, July 15th we will be leaving at noon / 1pm arriving back at SJN at 3pm. We will text / call you from the road when we are close to arrival. The bus company we are using is Barron Bus Lines.    

PACKING LIST  • Sleeping bag & pillow • Toiletries, washcloth, and towel • Appropriate clothing - see page 4 under “Appropriate Dress and Speech” • Sweatshirt/jacket for the sessions (the Fieldhouse can get cold) • Bible, notebook, and pen • Water Bottle – there are coolers to refill bottles all across campus. Please stay hydrated! • Backpack – to carry belongings throughout the day • Umbrella/other rain gear • Fan (not all housing accommodations have A/C) • Sunblock • Priests attending should bring their own alb and stole(s)

OPTIONAL ITEMS • Group T-shirts (A majority of groups will have group t-shirts that identify them as a group) • Bathing suit for showers (All showers have shower curtains, but some people opt to bring bathing suits for added modesty and/or personal preference) • Spending money (to visit the Franciscan University Bookstore or to purchase snacks, food and drinks) Cot/air mattress (some participants will be expected to sleep on the floor, as we do not have enough beds for each person)
